Where is Wollongong's Christmas Cottage located?

Our beautiful little Christmas Cottage is located in Mangerton, Wollongong, NSW, in a private outdoor setting. We're welcoming families from Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and across the Illawarra to come and enjoy a little Christmas magic!

How much are Christmas Mini Sessions?

Our Christmas Mini Sessions are $170 per family for October bookings.  This includes a 15-minute photography session and 8 beautifully edited, high-resolution digital photographs.

A $50 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining $120 payable on the day.
 

What is included in a Christmas Mini Session?

Your session includes 15 minutes of relaxed, professional photography in front of our beautifully decorated Christmas Cottage, 8 edited digital images and a private online gallery where you can view and download your photographs.
 

Can the whole family be photographed?

Absolutely! Christmas memories are even more special when everyone's included. Whether you'd love photographs of just the children, siblings together or a few lovely family cuddles, we'll make the most of our time together.  If there are more than 6 people please do advise, extra charges may apply. 
 

Can we bring our dog?

Yes! Your furry family members are welcome to join in the Christmas fun. Please keep dogs on a lead at all times, as the cottage is located on private property.
 

What should we wear for our Christmas photographs?

Think cosy, festive and comfortable! Traditional Christmas colours such as deep reds, forest greens, creams and soft neutrals look beautiful against our vintage-inspired Christmas Cottage.

Coordinating outfits rather than matching everyone exactly usually photographs wonderfully. Most importantly, choose something you and your little ones feel comfortable wearing.
 

What if my children are shy or don't want to smile?

Please don't worry! I'm all about capturing natural moments rather than forcing perfect smiles.

Sometimes the sweetest photographs come from little cuddles, giggles and simply letting children be themselves. We'll keep things relaxed and make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
 

What happens if it rains?

As our Christmas Cottage sessions take place outdoors, they're weather-dependent.

If the weather isn't suitable for photography, I'll be in touch to discuss alternative arrangements.
 

How long does each session last?

Each Christmas Mini Session lasts 15 minutes. Sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we have plenty of time for your photographs.
 

When are the Christmas Mini Sessions available?

Our first Christmas Mini Sessions begin on 22 October 2026, with selected dates and evening appointments available throughout October.
