Christmas Cottage Mini Sessions – Booking Policy Thank you for booking your Christmas Mini Session at Wollongong's Christmas Cottage! Session Price & Payment Detail: Your Christmas Mini Session is $170 and includes a 15-minute photography session and 8 professionally edited digital images. A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining $120 payable on the day of your appointment. Your Photographs: Your Christmas Mini Session includes 8 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images, delivered through a private online gallery. You'll have the opportunity to view your photographs and select your 8 favourites. If you fall in love with more than 8 images, additional photographs will also be available to purchase. There's absolutely no obligation to purchase any extras. Cancellations & Rescheduling: As Christmas Mini Sessions are limited and held during a short seasonal period, booking deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment. I'll do my best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Weather: As sessions are held outdoors, unsuitable weather may require us to reschedule. If this happens, I'll contact you to arrange another suitable time. If no alternative can be agreed upon, your deposit will be refunded. Arriving for Your Session: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Sessions run back-to-back, so arriving late may reduce your photography time. Please wait at the sign for me to collect you at your scheduled time. Please park on the street and walk up the driveway. The driveway is a little steep, if you have mobility issues please contact me prior to help with an alternative entrance to the cottage. I can't wait to welcome you and your family to Wollongong's Christmas Cottage!
